This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which AFFORDABLE RESUME SERVICE collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by AFFORDABLE RESUME SERVICE.

WHAT WE GUARANTEE?
We guarantee your satisfaction. We will work with you on your draft until you are satisfied. We go the extra mile for you because we believe you are our best form of advertisement. We appreciate our referrals and strive to do our best for each of our clients. We enjoy a reputation for helping so many clients attain employment and we are pleased to have been a part of that success. However, cannot guarantee you a position.

Money Back Guarantee
Our goal is to provide high-quality, professional service to all of our clients. If, after 30 days or at the discretion of the resume service, you have failed to complete your information submission; have not approved your draft; or have not paid the balance of your account; you owe us nothing more. The deposit is not refundable. The deposit, and a $75 admin fee on the full payment option, are not refundable. Once we have received your order our editors begin preparing your documents. If you have refused to cooperate with the editor or after receiving a second revision for the document, we assume the document and services are conformable, there are no refunds. Refunds are processed within 30 days. Unless prior arrangements have been made on your account, we reserve the right to close your account and are no longer obligated to complete the resume package process. There are no refunds on accounts that are non-responsive for 30 days. There are no refunds after the draft has been produced and no response has been received for 10 days. A $50 fee will be charged for re-opening accounts closed.

We do not refund Gift Certificates. We are not responsible for the recipient not responding. Please note: the interview form must be submitted within 30 days.

TIMEFRAMES
We do not guarantee that your resume will be processed within a specific timeframe. While we strive to accommodate all of our clients as quickly as possible, if we are under a heavy workload, we try not to put added pressure on our staff. We have set standards for our writers to meet these goals. It will typically take 3 to 7 days to complete a draft unless you have subscribed to a Rush. It could take slightly longer depending on how many orders are ahead of you.

General Project Terms
The Company will only commence work on a project after receipt of payment from the client. Resume deposits are non-refundable and should you wish to cancel at any point during the process you shall remain liable for the work that has taken place and the deposit will be retained accordingly.

The Company has the right to refuse any material that may be deemed offensive, abusive, defamatory, or in any breach of copyright law. It is the duty of the client to establish the rights to any material supplied for inclusion in the project. The Company cannot be held liable for any breaches in copyright or privacy as a result of images or content supplied.

The Company will not be liable for any loss that may occur before, during, or after the development of this project. This includes but is not limited to financial loss, human injury, or reputation.

We do not share the results of an Applicant Tracking System software.

Additionally, submission to Affordable Resume Service of any document related to your resume or interview constitutes your agreement to agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

Charge Backs

If you use our service, we expect to be paid. All chargebacks will be sent to the account holder’s credit card company with proof of services. You will be charged a minimum amount of $100.00 for filing a fraudulent chargeback. This is our administration charge for handling the chargeback. We take chargebacks seriously and will not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks.

Theft of Service is knowingly entering into an agreement for services with no intent to pay for them. Affordable Resume Service is a Service Business and is protected by law. Penalties for Theft of Service include misdemeanor criminal charges. Misdemeanors are generally punished by criminal fines and possible jail time. Furthermore, we are entitled to pursue civil charges to recover damages for losses.

If you feel like you need a refund for some reason. Send us an email and let us know. We want to satisfy you! We record all IP addresses for possible proof to a credit card company along with all logs. Fraudulent chargebacks are illegal and we will send all information requested by your credit card company.

Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.
